NC Visitors in Paris
Christine, Farhad, Hannah and Arya are visiting Paris. On Tuesday, July 17, they are hosting supper at the home of Anne and Digby. Birthday cake (for Arya) will be served.

Happy Easter
Members of the family will meet at the White Horse Restaurant in Paris for supper on Easter Sunday.
On Wednesday, Norma, Joan, Anne and Digby went to London so that Norma could keep a doctor's appointment. Nick and the Brantford crew enjoyed a lovely lunch at Rose's house. Then they had dessert at Rod and Roseanne's new home.

SICK BAY
Roseanne Baird reports that she had a fall, while playing badminton, on February 26. She broke her right wrist and had surgery on March 6.
Norma Summerhays reports that her sight is deteriorating rapidly and that she will have to give up singing in the church choir.
Joan Cook, Norma Summerhays and Norm Sargeant have all been suffering with colds.

IN MEMORIAM
Violet Nye Neil (nee Sargeant) passed peacefully on Thursday, January 4, 2007, at Park Lane Terrace in Paris in her eighty-seventh year.
She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Hamilton Neil, in 2005.
Nye was the loving mother of Carol Anne (Allan) King of Midland, Joanne (Frank) Bucek of Princeton, and Roseanne (Rod) Baird of London.
She was the grandmother of Melanie (Frank) Mansi, Shayne King, Mark Bucek, Nicholas Baird and his fiance Jess Stenabaugh, and Violet Anne (Jessica) Baird.
Nye was the dear sister of Roseline (late Stan) Reilly, Norma (late Bob) Summerhays, Joan (late Howard) Cook, Nick (late Josie) Sargeant, Norman Sargeant, Digby (Anne) Sargeant. She was predeceased by parents Jesse (1939), Nora (1959), sister Jean Sargeant (1976), sister-in-law and brother-in-law Audrey and Dave Sacerty.
The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff of Park Lane Terrace for their kindness and compassion shown to Violet and her family.
VISITATION at McCleister Funeral Home, 495 Park Road North on Sunday, January 7, from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 p.m. (519-758-1553)
FUNERAL SERVICE in the chapel on Monday, January 9, at 11 a.m. Interment at Mount Hope Cemetery.
